CPS Report Template

Please download the template from the google sites and fill it up.
Follow these rules :

1. Submit up by 17th May
2. First name will be by the group's IC
3. Detail the underlying causes [everything must be detailed!]
4. IC must share the document through google drive to Mr. Hiap

Please pick the best option and write most detailed answers.

• Your group needs to update the Creative Problem Solving Report template (downloadable from Sec 1 IE Google Site).
• First name will be the Group’s IC.
• Group IC: Please share the above document with me. Titled: IE Performance Task <Class>, <Group Names>, <Project Description>
